Products should be in their original packaging. Certain items, like perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Our customer service team will respond promptly with further instructions. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
